Hello, I would like to build a deck outlining how WSOL can help Mercedes- Benz solve the below challenges. The ultimate goal is to launch a Roadside Assistance pilot program to augment their existing BPO/ Internal Teams (see my notes below and attached response from operations) . Whoever is assigned let's meet and discuss how we want to organize the slides. Steve's notes: We recently met with stakeholders at Mercedes-Benz, and they are interested in how we can help with some of the challenges they are having with their roadside assistance program. Chad Anderson, CX and Operations lead called out that WSOL's unique differentiator is our partnership with Toyota Connected. His goal is positioning a Flex-model as a Roadside Assistance Pilot with his Executive Leadership to address the specific challenges listed below. To be totally transparent, this is an early-stage opportunity, but it's a great opportunity to position our strategic value proposition with our model to address challenges in Mercedes-Benz growing roadside support program. Chad's specific callouts for 24/7 Roadside Support Pilot Proposal : Challenge #1- primary BPO is located in Jamaica- hurricane season presents challenges. Inclement weather in the US during seasonal storm season impacts them as well. Challenge #2- Occupancy 24/7 operations - biggest challenges are staffing nights and weekends, making it difficult to optimize occupancy. Do we have an example of a plan for success or use case for TC that we can present? * we will find out what their current occupancy patterns are. Monday thru Wednesday they receive higher volumes. Monday being the busiest day Here is the ask for WSOL Operations: How has the WSOL flex model helped Toyota Connected? What are the performance gains and success metrics TC has been able to achieve adopting this model (cost reduction, efficiency gains, quality) What is our strategic Value Proposition we have executing flex operations for natural disasters?

Hello, I have a request from the Global Workforce Management Lead at Block Inc (Afterpay, Cashapp Square) Every year they review BPO vendors and would like a capabilities snapshot of Working Solutions for consideration of future competitive bids they may release. Please prepare a concise information sheet detailing speed to proficiency, staffing ratios for small and large teams, equipment and infosec management, license management, and geographical locations of agent groups. Maybe repurpose the one you completed recently for Ticketmaster to include this information.

we have a follow up meeting scheduled with Mercedes-Benz stakeholders on 7/21/2026. They want to see examples of how we performed against other vendors. We would like to show them NPS, CSAT and KPI performance either against a Center of Excellence and other BPOs. It would be great if we have some in the transportation or Automotive space. (Toyota Connected, Saferide Health, Ryder). Maybe 2-3 slides that show performance metrics along with a narrative that describe how we did it would be great. Thank you

Looking for a one or two pager that tells consulting firms like EY/PWC/Etc. who we are and why they should be interested in potentially recommending us or just including us as part of their process.

We have healthcare expertise with member benefits, patient scheduling, initial outreach, back office work, triage, provider interactions

We have access to agents with specific expertise and experience in nearly all call types

We reinforce the consulting strategy—not threaten—their digital/AI roadmap: each of the large BPOs (that may be current delivery partners for these consulting firms) may compete for digital/AI revenues

We are a safe bet: “we are the IBM of onshore BPOs”, being BPO of the year and being nominated again in 2026.

Outcomes: Preferred referral status, inclusion in proposals, joint client workshops

I could not find any infographics about our on-demand capabilities. We ideally need something about flash volume support that is separate from the Intuit Superbowl graphic that we have, we could either repurpose the data we have from the Southwest case study or insert points around our Oncor storm support.

We need to differentiate that we can flex up xxx % in a shorter amount of time than other BPOs while only billing for true productive time to keep costs down

My intended use case is for the utility conference next week so if we could have one infographic branded for utility support and another for industry agnostic flash support that would be great
