Brand Personality

Imagine if Working Solutions was an actual person you could have coffee with. What kind of questions would you ask? How would this hypothetical human interact and speak? Now think of a favorite company of your own and the personality they portray that made it attractive to you in the first place. Everyone we interact with should feel understood, supported and above all, valued. That includes clients, prospects, agents, applicants, and employees, so basically everyone.

Celebrity Representative Methodology

Because this release of the Guidelines is focused on inclusion and diversity, it was important to provide a mix of gender, ethnic, cultural, and national backgrounds while finding personalities who’s very name inspires the trait they represent.
